Jeremy at the service desk was extremely helpful and courteous as was the rest of the staff in helping me with pinpointing the problem and correcting it. I left feeling a solidifying of my faith in the dealership and would recommend them to anyone who has a Honda that needs service.
The service department did a great job of taking care of a warranty problem we had with our 2023 Kia Sportage Hybrid. Edgar, our service rep. was great at having it checked out and repaired. Excellent service. Kenny was great, as usual. Was in for new tires. During installation of the tires, they revisited an in issue I had with my battery on a recent visit… on their own initiative!… and with a longer analysis found it needed replacement… under warranty!👍🏽 That was great.

We were very pleased with our experience in buying a 2026 Civic Sport Hatchback Hybrid from Honda of the Desert. Brandon was very welcoming and earned my trust when he said he chose to work at HOTD because salespeople don’t work on commission. I love that! I was Brandon’s first customer to buy a car from him via the Costco program. I highly recommend the Costco program if you’re like me and hate haggling. Luis, the financial guy, explained options but neither he or Brandon tried to oversell. In sum, I highly recommend HOTD and Brandon.

I enjoyed and appreciated the high-level of service I received I received when I took my Kia Rio in for a transmission related issue that could not be fixed by a local, family-owned auto repair business. The staff in the service department was able to understand my needs as a customer. And effectively work with me and a third party through a rather complex business process that they made seem effortless. Honda has been servicing my 2016 Honda Civic (with over 100,000 mi now), for almost 10 years, and this is the only Honda I trust my baby with. The Honda staff, especially Martin, the Manager, are absolutely AMAZING. They are always busy but welcoming, dedicated, and still show up with a sense of humor and a smile.

Brought vehicle in for its second oil change/tire rotation and a minor recall repair. Check in was simple and returned about 3 hours later to pick up my vehicle. I was offered an Uber when dropping off my vehicle but I did refuse since I live nearby and don’t mind walking.

Jeremy got me in and diagnosed the problem with my climate system super fast. The service techs fixed my car and did all the other service faster than I thought. Very pleased. Honda of the Desert is also more advanced than other Honda dealerships I’ve been to with the online appointment system, online payment, text messaging, and video that I get with the problem once my car is inspected. Ben was very professional while being very personable. He ( and Mariposa) respected my wishes and fought to find the exact car I wanted. Unfortunately I compromised with a different color. Ben continued the support and went beyond the call of duty to get my phone set up with the car as well as was very thorough with making sure that I knew how to use all of the features. I would DEFINITELY recommend him to anyone who is looking for a car.

Ben was very professional while being very personable. He ( and Mariposa) respected my wishes and fought to find the exact car I wanted. Unfortunately I compromised with a different color. Brandon was very welcoming and earned my trust when he said he chose to work at HOTD because salespeople don’t work on commission. I love that! Ben was very professional while being very personable. He ( and Mariposa) respected my wishes and fought to find the exact car I wanted. Unfortunately I compromised with a different color. Ben continued the support and went beyond the call of duty to get my phone set up with the car as well as was very thorough with making sure that I knew how to use all of the features. Ben was very professional while being very personable. He ( and Mariposa) respected my wishes and fought to find the exact car I wanted. Unfortunately I compromised with a different color. Brandon was very welcoming and earned my trust when he said he chose to work at HOTD because salespeople don’t work on commission. I love that! I was Brandon’s first customer to buy a car from him via the Costco program. I highly recommend the Costco program if you’re like me and hate haggling. Ben was very professional while being very personable. He ( and Mariposa) respected my wishes and fought to find the exact car I wanted. Unfortunately I compromised with a different color. The service department did a great job of taking care of a warranty problem we had with our 2023 Kia Sportage Hybrid. Edgar, our service rep. was great at having it checked out and repaired. We were very pleased with our experience in buying a 2026 Civic Sport Hatchback Hybrid from Honda of the Desert. Brandon was very welcoming and earned my trust when he said he chose to work at HOTD because salespeople don’t work on commission. I love that! I was Brandon’s first customer to buy a car from him via the Costco program. I highly recommend the Costco program if you’re like me and hate haggling. Luis, the financial guy, explained options but neither he or Brandon tried to oversell. In sum, I highly recommend HOTD and Brandon.

Honda has been servicing my 2016 Honda Civic (with over 100,000 mi now), for almost 10 years, and this is the only Honda I trust my baby with. The Honda staff, especially Martin, the Manager, are absolutely AMAZING. They are always busy but welcoming, dedicated, and still show up with a sense of humor and a smile.

Brought vehicle in for its second oil change/tire rotation and a minor recall repair. Check in was simple and returned about 3 hours later to pick up my vehicle. I was offered an Uber when dropping off my vehicle but I did refuse since I live nearby and don’t mind walking.

Ben was very professional while being very personable. He ( and Mariposa) respected my wishes and fought to find the exact car I wanted. Unfortunately I compromised with a different color. Ben continued the support and went beyond the call of duty to get my phone set up with the car as well as was very thorough with making sure that I knew how to use all of the features.
